A valid and current CPR card is a required to be on file at EMSI for your certification. Not all CPR courses are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as meeting the requirements.

Please contact EMSI for a current list of those CPR courses that meet Pennsylvania requirements.

If you registered at another regional counsil other than EMSI, you need for forward your CPR card and all other certification information and Coned to that regional counsil. Click Here for a complete list of Pennsylvania EMS Regional Counsils.

Ensure your CPR card is credited to your account by sending a copy of both the front and back side of your current and valid CPR card to EMSI using the CPR card template. Please fill out the form to include your name, telephone number and your certification number when sending your card. You can fax it to EMSI at 412-787-2340, mail it to our address at 1002 Church Hill Road, Pittsburgh Pa  15205 or email it to khodgdon@emsi.org
