Reciprocity "Certification By Endorsement"

In accordance with Section V of the Pennsylvania Department of Health EMS Office Prehospital Personnel Manual (right), we process Certification By Endorsement ("Reciprocity") applications for the following Pennsylvania certifications: First Responder EMT EMT-Paramedic EMT-Instructor To begin the process, contact the EMSI Reciprocity Coordinator (412)242-7322. NOTE:  The student application is for demonstration purposes only, the OpScan™ form must be     completed with a #2 Pencil and must be scanned into the system. The definitive way to get this process rolling is to contact the EMSI Reciprocity Coordinator.
